The Bay City Portal

I am so pleased to announce the installation of a new portal at Travelers Station, that will take visitors to the exquisite and massive art deco gem that is Bay City.

Bay City is a huge area filled with so many sights to see. I spent hours there finding some of the most incredible things.

Like the FIRST EVER finished object in Second Life - a Nickel!

There's a Bay City History Pavilion that tells the history of this place and its people. Being an SL history nerd, I found it fascinating to learn about this place.

Anyone who's visited the Station knows how much I love the Art Deco aesthetic, and Bay City has it everywhere. There are so many sights to see - if you input "Bay City" in your search you'll see this for yourself -

The Palace of Fine Arts was really nicely done and I love that dinosaur skeleton.

They have their own Coast Guard, and an incredible marina.

And a Municipal Airport I can't wait to take off from with one of my vintage planes.

The Canal Terminal area has lots of little shops to explore.

I really can't say enough good things about Bay City - and I hope you'll explore it for yourself. The new portal is located with the other large scale community portals, turn right as you descend the main stairs into the Station.

Until next time - stay curious, and enjoy your travels.
